In Nłeʔkepmxcin — the language of the Nlaka’pamux First Nations — sn-(kʷáʕ)-qn, ƛ̓ eʔ-k-(m̓ íx), s-nk’yép might translate as “ acting crazy, going on forever (not giving up), coyote ”. It's also the title of Chris Bose’s new book – a collection of stories and poems reflecting on nostalgia, death, and the Kamloops Transit System.
